The artwork you order is created by the same artist who painted the original piece.
During the painting process, the artist will share photos and videos of your artwork in progress.
You’ll have the opportunity to share any preferences or requests—for example, adjustments to colors or details. The artist will make all necessary changes to ensure it meets your expectations.

Return Policy :
We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the artwork or contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
Returned items must be in their original condition and carefully repacked in the original packaging, including the protective paper tube.
Please note that as each painting is entirely handmade, if an order is canceled without reason more than 10 days after purchase, a $75 production fee will apply.
We offer free replacements for any items damaged in transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will handle the claim with the courier and send you a replacement within a few days.
We cover shipping costs for all orders. However, if you return an item for reasons other than quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
